• Abstract submission deadline: October 15, 2026

• Registration closes: October 30, 2026

 

Please note – there are two separate forms:

1. Conference registration — mandatory for all participants, whether presenting or not.

2. Abstract submission — only for those who are presenting (oral or poster). This form is in addition to registration, not a replacement. Presenters must therefore complete both forms.

 

Also note: There will be a football game on campus during the conference weekend, which may complicate your accommodation and transportation logistics — don't wait to register!
